Valassis has the right to terminate or amend any plan for active or former associates in any way at any time. You will be notified if a change is made. In most cases, associate benefit plans must comply with applicable government regulations and are also subject to approval by the Internal Revenue Service.

Valassis has the sole and absolute authority to interpret the terms of these plans, determine benefit eligibility and resolve any and all ambiguities or inconsistencies in the plans.

Your participation in any of the benefit plans offered does not guarantee your continued employment with Valassis. If you resign, are discharged or laid off, you do not have rights to any benefit or interest in any plan except as specifically provided in the plan document(s).
