Work Schedules |
Flex Time
If you work 40 hours a week and are interested in an alternate
work schedule (such as flex time or a compressed work week), discuss
it with your manager. Flex time must be approved by your manager, appropriate
vice president and Human Resources department, who will consider:
- The nature of your responsibilities,
- Your ability to interact with customers, management and other associates
on a flex-time schedule,
- The staffing levels needed to maintain service levels, and
- The department’s ability to handle changing workloads.
