Move

Here's what you need to do:

  • Notify Valassis. Update your address information by contacting your Human Resources Representative (Valassis Communications, Inc. and NCH associates paid through ADP). Valassis Direct Mail and Sales & Marketing associates paid through PeopleSoft should log on to the Associate Portal and access the Associate Resource Center page, or contact the Associate Resource Center at 1-877-238-6847.

  • Update benefits coverage. Your move may necessitate a change in your medical benefits coverage. You have 31 days from the date of the move to make a new medical benefits election. If you are a Valassis Communications, Inc. and NCH associates paid through ADP, you should contact your Human Resources Representative. If you are a Valassis Direct Mail and Sales & Marketing associates paid through PeopleSoft, you will receive enrollment notification in the mail if your address change affects your benefits.
  • Notify Valassis of emergency information. You should inform your Human Resources Representative of any changes in your name, address or emergency notification information if you are a Valassis Communications, Inc. and NCH associates paid through ADP. If you are a Valassis Direct Mail and Sales & Marketing associates paid through PeopleSoft contact the Associate Resource Center at 1-877-238-6847.
